Refund & cancellation policy

When refunds may be considered

• Duplicate or erroneous charge with proof
• Platform technical failure preventing use before participation
• Tournament cancelled by IQ Earners before it begins
• Cases required under applicable consumer protection law

Generally not refundable

• Completed quiz or tournament participation
• Routine non-use after successful enrollment activation
• Disqualification for fair-play violations

Enrollment fee context

Enrollment may be refundable only in cases listed in the Refund Policy (e.g. duplicate charge, platform technical failure before use, or tournament cancellation by us). Routine non-use is not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email iqearnersteam@gmail.com or the grievance channel (Grievance Redressal Officer) with transaction ID, amount, date and reason. Acknowledgement follows the published grievance process; resolution depends on case complexity..
