IQ Earners is offered under the parent company WiseNtry.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using IQ Earners, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Rules & Regulations, and applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Eligibility
Free educational content may be viewed by all ages. Paid enrollment, withdrawals, and paid competitions are limited to users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to participate under applicable Indian law. We may request age or identity verification and will not knowingly process paid participation from minors.
3. Account and Fair Play
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. One account per person. Fair play is mandatory. Cheating, bots, multiple accounts, tab switching during proctored quizzes, developer-tool abuse, or other unfair means may trigger an automated restriction pending review. Users may appeal with relevant evidence. Payments never remove security or fair-play restrictions.
4. Anti-Cheat & Monitoring
We use automated integrity checks including fullscreen enforcement, visibility/tab monitoring, device session limits, IP reputation, and audit logs. Mock exams and tournaments may use additional proctoring. By using paid or competitive features you consent to these safeguards. False positives can be appealed via support with evidence.
5. Prizes and Payments
Prizes and payouts are subject to verification. Enrollment activates only after successful Cashfree gateway confirmation. Manual payment screenshots are not accepted for activation. Fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification or forfeiture after review, subject to the appeal process. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Content and Conduct
You may not post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content. You agree to comply with the Indian Penal Code and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on IQ Earners are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable laws.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You may also use our Grievance Redressal mechanism as per the IT Rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where appropriate.
