Email iqearnersteam@gmail.com for account, quiz and payment questions. Include your username and a clear description. For a payment, add the Cashfree order id if you have it. We aim to reply within about 48 hours. Weekends and public holidays can add a day. Support hours follow India Standard Time on business days; a message sent late in the evening is picked up the next business morning.

Partnerships and organisations

Schools, colleges and companies that want a portal or a partnership can use the same address, iqearnersteam@gmail.com, with the subject line “Partnership”. Say who you are, which campus or company, and what you need. We will reply with the next step. There is no separate sales desk.

Grievance

Grievance Redressal Officer: iqearnersteam@gmail.com. Use the subject line “Grievance”. Acknowledgement follows the published grievance process; resolution depends on case complexity. The grievance page explains the process.

Support process

What to include

A useful message names the page you were on, the time in IST, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help for a display bug. For a study-note correction, quote the sentence and the URL. We cannot see your password, and we will never ask you to send a card number or a one-time password. Payment card data is handled by Cashfree, not stored as a full card number on our servers.
