Fair Play
Use one verified account per participant.
Answer from your own knowledge without bots, scripts, AI assistance, or answer sharing.
Stay in the quiz window when fullscreen or proctored mode is active.
Report bugs, payment issues, or suspicious activity from the support hub.
Account Safety
Keep your registered email, username, and password secure.
Do not impersonate another person or use misleading profile details.
Do not share OTPs, payment receipts, or private account links.
Account recovery requests may require email verification and security checks.
Payments & Rewards
Cashfree payments activate automatically only after successful gateway confirmation.
Manual UPI payments require a clear screenshot and admin verification.
Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy for duplicate charges, platform failure, or cancellation.
Prize and wallet actions may require additional verification before release.

Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Applicable payment, tax, and local law requirements in India.
Violations
Violations may lead to quiz disqualification, account review, reward withholding, suspension, or reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law. We review context, logs, payment status, and user reports before taking final action.
