Stay in the quiz window when fullscreen or proctored mode is active — tab switches may auto-block.

Do not tamper with client code or attempt to bypass security controls; restrictions require moderator review and may be appealed.

Report bugs, payment issues, or suspicious activity from the support hub.
Account Safety

Keep your registered email, username, and password secure.

Do not impersonate another person or use misleading profile details.

Do not share OTPs, payment receipts, or private account links.

Account recovery requests may require email verification and security checks.
Payments & Rewards

Cashfree payments activate automatically only after successful gateway confirmation.

Manual payment screenshots are not accepted for enrollment activation; use the official Cashfree checkout.

Payments never remove account or network restrictions; security and fair-play appeals require moderator review.

Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy for duplicate charges, platform failure, or cancellation.

Prize and wallet actions may require additional verification before release.
